Cancellation before shipment
Customer/Cardholder can only cancel the order if the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been delivered and/or shipped and/or availed by the customer.
Cancellation post shipment
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please inform us and do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once the order is received back by us, we will refund the money paid by you as per Refund policy included below.
We would treat returns as valid only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact and/or only if the product and/or services have not been utilized.
Notify us if any defects in the product’s at the time of delivery of the product’s and/or within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
We will process the refund once the returned items are received and verified by us.
Refund is not applicable if the product is delivered to customer/cardholder at our store.
Payment made using a Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days from our end, to your source account. It may take up to 7-14 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
